It happens to the best of us. We get a little carried away and roll off more two-ply squares than our environmentally conscious commode can handle. It's one thing when it happens in the relative comfort of your own socially benign home, where you can simply walk out and find the plunger on your own. But it's an entirely different scenario when you do the unflushable deed at a friend's house. This video is for those of you who've experience this horror.
We're pretty certain that someone suggested this idea about the clogged toilet, although it was on our original brainstorming list. We'd like to credit the person for helping to bring this idea to video, but we can't find that comment or message. If it was you, let us know. Also, tell us of your adventures in toilet clogging/unclogging.
I just want to say that this series has really been funny! You guys are doing a wonderful job and you really brighten my day. I am seriously becoming such a big fan that I'm THIS close to buying a t-shirt. (You guys sell t-shirts, right?)

This type of situation has never happened to me personally... At home yes, but at a friends house, no. I have experienced it with other people though...
I remember this one time a few years ago when I was touring around in a coach bus for Marching band... After we were done marching the parade, myself and a few of my band buddies were hanging out in the back of the bus waiting for the awards ceremony to start... If you are unfamiliar with coach buses, they have a batheroom in the very back, right next to the seats my friends and I were sitting in. Needless to say, the bus driver apparently had to take care of business...
He had clogged the toilet on the bus and since there wasn't running water like a normal toilet, he couldn't just flush it. The chemical wash for the toilet wasn't enough. There wasn't anything to even take care of the clogged mess. Not only did he smell the back end of the bus up (the buses don't have the greatest ventilation system), the batheroom was unusuable for the 4 hour drive home.
I'm sure it was very awkward for the bus driver...it was awkward for the few us that were sitting by the batheroom. My friends and I learned a lesson that day. Never sit in the back of the bus or use the bus batherooms.

Okay, this happened to me once. At a community pool. Luckily, there was no one else in the restroom at the time, and the water on the floor looked like pool water that someone had tracked in..

I love how you build it up by telling the person how great their party was, and then come crashing down with the bad news, hahaha....

one of my very first babysitting experiences turned out like this. the family had moved in only a week before (they were close family friends though so at least i knew them) and one of the little kids wanted to show off how the toilet flushed...and they got a little carried away...it was bad. it took forever to find rags because no one knew where anything was in their new house...it was sick. i honestly can't remember the actual cleaning process, i must have blocked it from my memory!
i wish i could say i came up with this one, but that would by lying :]

Wow guys, these videos are awesome! I was disappointed when Sebourne & Roach ended, and I don't want that to happen to this series! Please keep doing these, they're hilarious! Oh, and I have an idea: something involving a computer virus... not sure how to put it in words.

LOL, this happened to a friend of mine while we were at work...I was recruited to help with a covert clean-up operation...probably the most embarrassing and gross thing to which I've ever been exposed...she was like "it wasn't me, it wasn't me!!!" Great video.

Even though it is pretty ugly, this is why I put a plunger right by the toilet in my bathroom. So if this ever has happened to one of my friends I'll never know!
And I was laughing so hard at the line about how the water looked like it was going to stop right at the top! I think everyone has experienced that moment when you hold your breath and stand there perfectly still, as if that will somehow help the water stay still too.
This has to be my favorite series so far, because these kinds of things are so uncomfortable in real life and happen to everyone; they make really hilarious videos!
